Job Summary

We are looking for a PCV Design Engineer to support the design and development of Pressure Control Valves and related components. The candidate will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, performing design calculations, selecting suitable materials and components, and supporting testing and manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Pressure Control Valves (PCVs) and related components.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using relevant CAD software.
- Perform valve sizing, design calculations, and component selection.
- Select appropriate materials based on pressure, temperature, fluid, and application requirements.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Support design verification, prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, production, quality, procurement, and testing teams.
- Review customer specifications and project requirements.
- Identify and resolve design and manufacturing-related issues.




- Support design modifications and engineering change activities.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Maintain proper design documentation and revision records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in valve design, pressure control valves, flow control equipment, or mechanical design is preferred.
- Good knowledge of mechanical design principles and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of valve components, materials, pressure ratings, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of valve sizing and design calculations.
- Understanding of applicable valve and pressure equipment standards is an advantage.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
