Job Title: Industrial & Corporate Education Director SME

About the Role

CloudIngest works with large-scale industrial employers and vocational institutions to reshape how engineering and technical education is delivered. We are looking for an experienced Industrial & Corporate Education Director to help us structure scalable pedagogical frameworks and modular competency paths for industrial workforce deployment.

What You Will Do

- Guide Our Tech Team: Partner directly with our software and engineering teams so they understand how learning theory and educational frameworks apply to heavy industrial machinery and equipment operation.
- Ensure Industry Credibility:



Review our curriculum frameworks and educational positioning to ensure they align with global industrial standards and compliance metrics.
- Identify Plant-Floor Pain Points: Help us map the structural gaps between traditional engineering education and hands-on factory plant readiness.

Who You Are

- Educational Qualification: Master’s or Ph.D. in Engineering Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Human Resource Development, or Industrial Technology.
- Industry Veteran: 10+ years directing technical education, corporate learning and development (L&D;), or vocational engineering curricula for industrial sectors.
- Transparent Communicator: Highly skilled at structuring complex learning objectives into logical modules.
- Forward-Thinking: Passionate about modernizing technical education through interactive digital media.
