Digital360.SHOP is a performance-driven digital marketing team helping US brands turn ad spend into measurable revenue. We are hiring a Sales Caller to contact US business owners, introduce our services, and book appointments for our Free Growth Audit. You'll be an early member of a growing team with room to move into a senior sales role.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US small and mid-sized businesses

- Pitch our digital marketing services and qualify leads

- Book Free Growth Audit calls for our strategy team

- Follow up with prospects and record calls in the CRM or tracking sheet

- Meet weekly targets for calls and booked appointments

Requirements

- 3+ year of telesales or outbound calling experience (US process)

- Transparent spoken English and strong listening skills

- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections

- Willing to work US hours from our Lucknow office
