- Prepare duty rosters, supervise OT nurses and technicians, and assign duties for each shift.
- Ensure the operation theatre is clean, sterile, and fully equipped before surgeries begin.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of surgical instruments, consumables, and medical gases.
- Communicate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other departments to manage surgery schedules.
- Enforce strict infection control policies, aseptic techniques, and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
