Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Orthodontist role based at the Clove Dental clinic in Hauz Khas. The Orthodontist will examine patients, diagnose orthodontic issues, and develop personalized treatment plans using braces, aligners, and other appliances to correct dental and jaw alignment.

Responsibilities include performing orthodontic procedures, monitoring treatment progress through regular follow-up appointments, and adjusting appliances as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. The role involves collaborating with general dentists and other specialists, maintaining accurate clinical records, and educating patients and families on treatment options, oral hygiene, and long-term care. The Orthodontist is expected to uphold Clove Dental’s clinical protocols,



sterilization standards, and ethical guidelines while contributing to a positive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

- Clinical orthodontic expertise, including diagnosis of malocclusions, treatment planning, and use of braces, clear aligners, and other corrective appliances.
- Strong clinical skills in oral examination, radiographic interpretation, and coordination of care with other dental specialists.
- Excellent patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options, procedures, and home-care instructions in a clear, reassuring manner.
- Commitment to strict infection control, sterilization protocols, and adherence to ethical, transparent clinical practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, multi-clinic network, including collaboration with dental teams and support staff.
- Recognized dental degree (BDS) and postgraduate qualification in Orthodontics (MDS or equivalent), with valid qualified registration and license.
- Prior experience as an Orthodontist in a clinical setting; experience in a multi-specialty or chain practice is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, including familiarity with digital dental records and practice management systems.
- Ongoing interest in professional development and staying current with advances in orthodontic techniques and technologies.
