We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle SaaS Financials to lead implementation, support, and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize financial processes while ensuring successful delivery of Oracle Cloud Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation and support projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules including:

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Fixed Assets (FA)

- Cash Management (CM)

- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Support CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training documents, and user manuals.




- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer activities.
- Ensure compliance with finance controls, audit requirements, and organizational policies.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Strong hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
- Positive knowledge of financial accounting processes and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and financial reporting.
- Experience in system testing, UAT, and production support.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Oracle Cloud Financials Certification.
- Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, and Data Migration.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience in multi-country or global implementations.
- Knowledge of Procurement or PPM integration with Finance.
