- Maintain and update daily operational data and trackers in MS Excel.
- Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with customers/engineers for return pickup of faulty or replaced materials and follow up until completion.
- Monitor and follow up on GSP tickets, RMA cases, RGPs and pending returns for timely closure.
- Coordinate with warehouse, service, logistics and other internal teams for operational activities.
- Support preparation of management reports and data summaries.
- Assist in identifying data mismatches and ensuring timely correction of records.
- Check and verify admin/vendor bills against supporting documents, agreed rates and service details before submission for approval.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of operational and administrative records.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting and basic formulas.
- Good communication and follow-up skills,
especially over calls.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and bill checking.
- Good coordination skills with customers, vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to maintain multiple trackers and follow up on pending activities.
- Basic understanding of MIS reporting and data consolidation.
- Willingness to learn systems such as GSP, SAP/ERP and RMA processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
