We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day logistics operations and coordinate effectively with clients and transporters. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be organized, and be comfortable handling shipment-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and transporters for shipment-related activities.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to clients.
- Handle day-to-day logistics operations and ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up with transporters regarding shipment movement and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and operational updates.
- Resolve routine operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients.
Requirements
- Graduate / HSC or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer operations.
- Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day operational activities.
- Freshers can also apply; logistics experience will be an advantage.
