We help academies manage students, classes, fees, payments, attendance and communication in one place — built around how academies actually operate.

We're looking for a Growth Associate to help us acquire and onboard new academies across Bengaluru.

This is a business development role. You'll identify potential academies in your area, meet academy owners, understand how they currently operate, introduce Lunar, demonstrate the product,



follow up and convert interested academies into Lunar customers.

You'll own a territory and have a explicit goal: bring current academies onto Lunar.

This is not a desk internship . You'll be out in the market, building relationships with academy owners and experiencing first-hand how an early-stage startup wins customers and grows.

What you'll do
Identify and build a pipeline of potential academies in your assigned area
Visit dance studios, music schools, sports academies, martial arts schools and other activity centres
Meet academy owners and understand how they currently run their academy
Introduce Lunar and demonstrate how it can help them
Follow up with prospects and handle questions and objections
Own the relationship from the first conversation to closure
Work towards academy acquisition and conversion goals for your territory
Help newly signed academies get started with Lunar
Build relationships and referrals t
