Pre-Sales Executive – Interior & ConstructionJob Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to handle incoming leads for our interior design and construction projects. The person will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits/meetings, and ensuring a smooth handover to the Sales/Design team.
Key Responsibilities
Call and connect with leads received through Google, Instagram, Facebook, referrals, website, and other channels.
Understand the customer's property type, location, scope of work, budget, timeline, and requirements .
Qualify leads based on project potential and readiness.
Explain the company's interior design, turnkey, and construction services.
Share basic information about the process, estimated timelines, and next steps.
Schedule site visits, design consultations, and client meetings .
Follow up regularly with interested and pending leads.
Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the Sales, Design,



and Project teams for smooth lead handover.
Ensure no genuine enquiry is missed or left without follow-up.
Reconnect with old/unconverted leads and generate opportunities.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
Work towards monthly targets for qualified leads, site visits, and conversions .

What we're looking for
1–3 years of experience in interior design, construction, real estate, home improvement, or a similar customer-facing industry .
Excellent communication skills in English + Kannada/Hindi ; other languages are an advantage.
Confident and qualified telephone communication.
Ability to understand customer requirements and ask the right questions.
Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with targets.
Basic knowledge of interiors/construction is preferred.
CRM/Excel knowledge is an added advantage.
