Job Summary

We are looking for an Online Sales / E-Commerce Executive who will be responsible for managing the company's online sales operations through platforms such as Moglix and Amazon. The candidate should be well-versed in handling e-commerce portals, processing online orders, coordinating packaging and dispatch, and ensuring that all customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor online sales portals including Moglix and Amazon.
- Handle day-to-day online orders received through e-commerce platforms.
- Process orders promptly and ensure accurate order completion.
- Coordinate product picking, packaging, labeling and dispatch of online orders.
- Ensure timely packaging so that orders are dispatched within the required timeline.
- Check order details, quantities, customer information and shipping requirements before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for order fulfillment.
- Track pending, shipped, delivered, cancelled and returned orders.
- Handle online order-related concerns and coordinate with the concerned internal departments for resolution.
- Maintain proper records of online sales, orders, dispatches and returns.
- Monitor inventory available for online sales and coordinate for stock updates.
- Ensure products listed on online portals have correct descriptions, pricing, images and stock status.
- Coordinate with Amazon/Moglix support teams whenever required.
- Follow up on delayed, failed or returned shipments.
- Prepare regular reports related to online orders and sales performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and systematic handling of all e-commerce transactions.




- Support the company in improving online sales and customer service.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Moglix or similar e-commerce portals.
- Experience in online order processing and fulfillment.
- Good understanding of packaging, dispatch and courier processes.
- Ability to work within strict order-processing and dispatch timelines.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to manage multiple online orders simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse, dispatch, sales and accounts teams.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with previous experience in e-commerce operations, online sales, order processing or marketplace management will be preferred.
- Experience with Amazon and Moglix will be an advantage.
- Experience in an automobile, EV, manufacturing, spare-parts or similar industry will be preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and meeting dispatch deadlines.

Education Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.

E-commerce or sales-related certification will be an added advantage.
