Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of IT/technical profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (IT, Engineering, QA, Dev, Cloud, Data, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical & behavioral interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and panel members
- Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS regularly
- Handle offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Meet hiring targets and timelines
