Experience

- 2+ Years

Industry : Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC Note - Hands-on exposure to Open Access and Ground-Mount Solar Projects.

Key Responsibilities -

- Monitor solar plant performance and daily generation.
- Handle preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment breakdowns.
- Monitor inverters, transformers, HT/LT systems and SCADA.




- Maintain O&M; reports and ensure plant safety.

Qualification & Requirement -

- ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant solar O&M; experience.
- Hands-on experience in Open Access & Ground-Mount Solar Projects is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and plant performance monitoring.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
