Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) Consultant with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) expertise. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Oracle Intelligent Advisor solutions and integrating them with Oracle Cloud and third-party applications using OIC.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) solutions.
- Develop interviews, policy models, rules, decision logic, and data models in Oracle Intelligent Advisor.
- Translate business policies and requirements into automated business rules and decision logic .
- Configure and maintain Intelligent Advisor projects and deployments .
- Develop integrations between OIA and Oracle Fusion/third-party applications using OIC .
- Design and develop OIC integrations, mappings, transformations, and orchestrations .
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and other integration technologies .
- Configure OIA connectors and integrate with external data sources and applications.
- Troubleshoot OIA and OIC integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support .
- Work closely with business stakeholders,



functional teams, and technical teams.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation, including solution designs and integration specifications.
- Monitor and optimize OIA and OIC solutions for performance and reliability.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) .
- Experience developing Policy Models, Rules, Decision Logic, and Interviews .
- Good understanding of Oracle Intelligent Advisor Hub and deployment concepts .
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .
- Experience integrating OIA with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and third-party systems .
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services, APIs, JSON, and XML .
- Experience with OIC adapters, mappings, transformations, and error handling.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, SCM, or CX integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud, OCI, and API-based integrations .
- Experience with complex business rules and decision automation.
- Exposure to OIA web services and external data sources .
- Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
- Oracle Intelligent Advisor certification is an advantage.
