Job Summary

BCT Ventures is looking for an Offline Wholesale Sales Executive to develop our B2B wholesale and distributor network for FMCG, wellness, nutrition and health products.

This is a field-sales role for someone who understands Mumbai’s traditional wholesale market and can directly approach distributors, stockists and wholesale buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Visit wholesalers, distributors and stockists across Mumbai.

Generate new B2B accounts through field visits and outbound sales.

Pitch and sell FMCG, wellness and health products.

Build relationships with distributors and stockists.

Negotiate pricing, margins, MOQ and commercial terms.

Generate orders and drive repeat business.

Maintain a pipeline of distributors and wholesale customers.

Track sales, collections and follow-ups.

Share market feedback, competitor activity and customer requirements.

Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.

Target Markets

Candidates with experience or strong connections in the following markets will be preferred:

Masjid Bandar

Crawford Market

APMC Market, Navi Mumbai





Other Mumbai wholesale and FMCG markets

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in FMCG, food, wellness, health products, wholesale or distribution sales.

Existing distributor/stockist/wholesale relationships preferred.

Experience with traditional trade and offline B2B sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with daily field visits and face-to-face selling.

Ability to independently generate leads and close B2B orders.

Important

This is NOT a digital marketing, telecalling or marketplace management role.

We are specifically looking for someone who can physically visit markets, meet distributors/wholesalers, open new accounts and generate sales.

Compensation

₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Additional incentives will be linked to sales and business development performance.
