Officer Paint Shop

We are seeking an experienced professional for our Plastic Paint Shop operations with strong expertise in liquid spray painting processes, defect reduction, and production management. The candidate will be responsible for leading shift operations, ensuring adherence to painting quality standards, optimizing productivity, and managing a team of 30-50 operators.

The role requires hands-on experience in paint shop troubleshooting, process improvement, and maintaining quality standards while achieving production targets. The ideal candidate should also possess knowledge of laser etching processes and demonstrate solid leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Plastic Paint Shop operations during shifts.
- Lead and supervise 30-50 shop floor personnel.
- Ensure adherence to painting quality standards and customer requirements.
- Analyze and resolve painting defects through effective troubleshooting.




- Drive defect reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and process compliance.
- Coordinate laser etching activities and ensure process effectiveness.
