Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Onboarding Officer to counsel potential investors over the phone and generate sales by promoting the organization’s investment advisory services.

Key Responsibilities: Make 100–150 outbound calls per day. Maintain approximately 3–5 hours of talk time. Explain and sell equity-based products and advisory services over the phone. Understand customers’ financial requirements and explain suitable investment plans. Counsel interested customers and answer their queries. Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers. Convert interested leads into clients. Achieve assigned sales targets.

Candidate Requirements: Minimum 12th pass. Minimum 6 months of BPO/outbound sales experience preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. English and Hindi are compulsory. Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, Tulu, Malayalam or Bengali is preferred. Strong convincing and selling skills. Good problem-solving ability. Basic mathematical/calculation skills.

Age: Up to 35 years. Comfortable working with sales targets.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
