Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the night shift sales team.

- Set and assign daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Monitor sales calls, leads, conversions, and target achievement.

- Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

- Handle important customer queries and sales escalations.

- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

- Monitor individual and team sales performance.

- Ensure smooth functioning of the sales team during the night shift.

- Coordinate with management regarding sales targets and achievements.

Salary & Incentive

- Fixed Salary: ₹35000 per month.

- Monthly Target: Target will be provided by management.

- Incentives: Incentives will be strictly target-based and paid according to the assigned sales target achieved.

- Additional incentives may be provided for exceeding the assigned target.

Requirements

- 3 years of experience in sales and team handling.

- Robust communication and leadership skills.

- Experience in achieving sales targets.

- Good team management and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working in a night shift.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
