We are hiring: Commercial & Growth Manager – FMCG / Quick Commerce
We are building a packaged-food and healthy-snacking brand and are looking for a hands-on qualified to help us grow across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, marketplaces, up-to-date trade, distribution, and performance marketing.
The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in FMCG, food, beverages, nutrition, D2C, marketplaces, or quick commerce.
You should have experience with:
• Quick-commerce or marketplace onboarding.
• Category-manager and distributor relationships.
• FMCG pricing, margins, promotions, and trade schemes.
• Inventory planning and replenishment.
• Performance marketing and marketplace advertising.
• Sales reporting, contribution margin, CAC, ROAS,



and repeat purchases.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who is comfortable working directly with founders, manufacturers, agencies, distributors, and platform teams.

Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-linked incentives
