.Configure and maintain Citrix Cloud Connectors, Resource Locations, Workspace, StoreFront, and Citrix Gateway

.Support provisioning technologies including Machine Creation Services (MCS) and Provisioning Services (PVS)

.Working knowledge of Scripting language - Powershell, Terraform and CI/CD knowledg

ePerform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of Citrix and virtual desktop-related issues

.Monitor and optimise desktop performance, application delivery, and user experience

.Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance requirements

.Support Citrix infrastructure upgrades, patching, and migration activities

.Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and End User Computing teams

.Produce and maintain operational documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge articles

.Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management processes
