Work arrangement: A mix of office-based and work-from-home days each week. Regular office attendance is required; the weekly schedule will be discussed during the interview.

ABOUT US

We create AI-generated video ads, brand films and social content for brands.

AI generates the raw footage. Our team turns it into finished videos through sharp editing, motion graphics, visual effects, sound design and consistent colour.

We’re looking for someone who can transform raw AI clips into polished, compelling videos that feel cohesive and ready for a brand to publish.

YOUR ROLE

You’ll own post-production—from reviewing raw footage to delivering the final export. You’ll collaborate with the creative team during office days and manage focused production work independently when working from home.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Edit AI-generated footage into engaging ads, brand films and social reels with strong hooks, pacing and storytelling.
- Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, logo animations and brand intros/outros.
- Use compositing, masking, tracking and cleanup to improve footage and integrate brand assets accurately.
- Handle music selection, voiceover sync, SFX layering and balanced audio mixing.
- Match colour, exposure and visual treatment across clips from different AI generations.
- Address flicker, frame glitches, distorted details and continuity issues. Identify when a shot needs regeneration and communicate the changes required.
- Deliver platform-ready videos in vertical, square and landscape formats.
- Handle quick turnarounds, including same-day or next-day assignments, and communicate early about blockers.
- Keep project files, assets, versions and exports organised for easy revisions and handovers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR





- 4 years of professional video editing and motion graphics experience with real brand or client work.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Hands-on experience with at least two AI video tools, such as Google Flow/Veo, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, Seedance or similar platforms.
- A portfolio showing AI-generated footage you have edited and finished.
- Strong judgement in pacing, visual continuity, typography and composition.
- Sound design skills beyond adding background music.
- The ability to interpret briefs, respond to feedback and take ownership of final quality.
- Reliable communication and the ability to meet deadlines both remotely and in the office.
- Availability to attend the office regularly as part of the hybrid schedule.

NICE TO HAVE

- DaVinci Resolve for colour grading.
- Advanced rotoscoping, tracking and compositing.
- Blender, Cinema 4D or Element 3D.
- Brand motion identity and logo animation experience.
- Experience generating or regenerating AI shots to solve specific editing needs.

THE WORK YOU’LL CREATE

Short video ads, 40–60-second brand films, vertical reels, product promos, festival campaigns and topical social content.

The focus is commercial storytelling and post-production. Your portfolio should demonstrate how you turn AI-generated footage into a finished video.
