Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Momos / Dimsum Folding Staff to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, folding, shaping and handling momos/dimsums while maintaining consistency, hygiene and food-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and fold momos and dimsums as per standard recipes and required shapes.
- Prepare and handle fillings, wrappers and related ingredients.
- Maintain consistency in size, shape, quantity and presentation.
- Follow recipes, portion-control guidelines and kitchen SOPs.




- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the work station.
- Handle food ingredients safely and maintain food-quality standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of utensils, equipment and preparation areas.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in a restaurant, cloud kitchen, or similar food-service setting.
- Good hand skills and ability to maintain consistency in folding and shaping.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy kitchen hours.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Team player with a positive and disciplined approach.
