Velora is looking for a friendly, confident and organised Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team.

YOUR ROLE

As the first point of contact at Velora, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and every patient feels welcomed and well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients professionally
Manage appointments, calls and WhatsApp enquiries
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups
Handle billing, payments and basic administrative tasks
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure smooth patient flow
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment sessions
Assist with enquiries and provide basic information about clinic services
Maintain a clean,



organised and professional reception area
Support the team with day-to-day clinic operations

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in a receptionist/front-desk role.

We're looking for someone who is:
Excellent at communication and patient interaction
Warm, polite, confident and approachable
Well-organised and comfortable multitasking
Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp and basic computer work
Presentable and qualified
Responsible, punctual and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting

Prior experience in a physiotherapy clinic, hospital, healthcare centre or similar setting is an advantage, but not mandatory.
