Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of the hardware design and development of embedded electronic products, including IoT/IIoT/AIoT gateways, industrial automation controllers, edge-compute nodes, and related embedded systems.

The role involves translating system-level requirements or functional block diagrams into production-ready, manufacturable, certifiable, and field-reliable hardware products.

You will work closely with Firmware, Embedded Software, Mechanical, Product Management, Quality, and Manufacturing teams across the complete product lifecycle — from architecture and schematic design through PCB layout, prototyping, validation, certification, and production handover.

Key Responsibilities1. Circuit Design & Schematic Development

Own circuit design from concept through final schematic, including component selection, topology decisions, power, analog, digital, RF/wireless, and protection circuits.
Develop detailed schematics and PCB footprints in accordance with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) principles.
Manage and maintain component libraries, including symbols, footprints, and 3D models.
Perform worst-case analysis, thermal calculations, power-budget analysis, and signal/power integrity checks before layout release.
Ensure appropriate design margins, reliability, and component derating throughout the design.
End-to-End Product Design & Cross-Functional Delivery
Own end-to-end hardware product development starting from a system block diagram or functional requirement provided by Architecture, Product, or Firmware teams.
