We're hiring for an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operating cycle for purchase-protection programs across e-commerce, shipping and embedded insurance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

/n

/n
5–10 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Payments, Lending, Insurance or Insurtech Operations
/n
Solid experience in Claims Operations, Settlements, Reconciliation, Payouts or Dispute Management
/n
Proven ownership of recurring, high-volume operational processes from data/enrolment through claims and settlement
/n




Robust Excel/spreadsheet skills with working knowledge of SQL or BI tools
/n
Experience creating and implementing SOPs, TAT metrics, process improvements and operational dashboards
/n
Robust stakeholder and partner communication skills with excellent numerical and operational discipline
/n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

/n

/n
Manage enrolment, data feeds and exception handling
/n
Own claims intake, adjudication, payouts and TAT tracking
/n
Manage partner & insurer settlements and reconciliations
/n
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports
/n
Build SOPs and launch checklists for new programs
/n
Identify process gaps and drive automation with Data/Product
/n
Manage and guide Operations Analysts
/n
Conduct program-level deep-dives and improve processes
/n

/n

NICE TO HAVE: RTO/Shipping Protection, Embedded Insurance, Device Protection, Extended Warranty or insurer-side operations experience.

/n
