About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams Migration & Collaboration Consultant to lead enterprise collaboration transformation initiatives involving migration from Webex and Zoom to Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for migration assessment, planning, architecture design, governance implementation, user enablement, and adoption activities to ensure a seamless transition to Microsoft Teams. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Meetings, Voice, Teams Rooms, Town Halls, Webinars, and Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, along with proven experience delivering large-scale migration and adoption programs.

What You'll Do:

- Assess existing Webex and Zoom collaboration environments and identify migration requirements.
- Analyze meeting usage patterns, licensing models, integrations, and feature dependencies.
- Develop migration roadmaps, coexistence strategies, and transition plans for enterprise users.




- Design and implement Microsoft Teams meeting architecture and governance frameworks.
- Configure and optimize Teams Meetings, Audio Conferencing, Teams Voice, and collaboration services.
- Lead Teams Town Hall, Webinar, and executive event enablement initiatives.
- Conduct network readiness assessments to ensure optimal Teams performance and user experience.
- Support meeting room modernization initiatives using Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and Microsoft 365 administrators throughout migration programs.
- Develop user adoption, communication, and training strategies to drive successful platform adoption.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for end users and administrators.
- Define security, compliance, and governance controls for Teams collaboration environments.
- Troubleshoot migration, conferencing, and collaboration issues during implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Provide recommendations for platform optimization, process improvements, and collaboration best practices.
- Create project documentation, governance artifacts, user guides, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in stakeholder reviews and provide regular project status updates.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Unified Communications, Collaboration, or Microsoft 365 consulting.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams implementation and administration.
- Proven experience leading Zoom-to-Teams and/or Webex-to-Teams migration engagements.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Meetings, Teams Voice, Audio Conferencing, and collaboration workloads.
- Experience deploying and managing Teams Town Halls, Webinars, and large-scale virtual events.
- Hands-on experience with Teams Rooms and meeting room modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration architecture and governance.
- Experience conducting migration assessments,



readiness reviews, and coexistence planning.
- Knowledge of network readiness assessment and performance optimization for Teams workloads.
- Understanding of identity management, security, compliance, and access control within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience developing adoption, communication, and change management strategies.
- Solid stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
- Ability to develop executive presentations, migration strategies, and governance documentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile and enterprise project delivery environments.
