About Us:

We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist with experience in digital marketing and preferably the stock market/finance industry to manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns.

- Run campaigns for lead generation, conversions, engagement, and brand awareness.

- Develop effective audience targeting and retargeting strategies.

- Monitor CPL, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and ROAS.

- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.

- Coordinate with content, design, and video teams for high-performing ad creatives.

- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights.

- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.

- Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, digital advertising trends, and financial-sector advertising requirements.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook Ads.

- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.

- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, audiences, Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.

- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

- Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and landing pages.

- Experience in stock market, finance, fintech, trading, or investment is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience generating qualified leads through paid social media.

- Knowledge of remarketing and Lookalike Audiences.

- Strong understanding of creative testing and campaign optimization.

- Knowledge of financial/stock-market advertising compliance is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
