Merchandiser – Fashion & Lifestyle | Bangalore

Location: Bangalore – preferably around MES Road / Hebbal area

About the Role

InLeague Sourcing is looking for an experienced and well-organised Merchandiser to join our Bangalore team.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with fashion/apparel brands in India , either with a garment factory, buying house or sourcing agency, and should understand the complete merchandising process from enquiry to order execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle buyer enquiries and coordinate product development.
- Communicate with factories and suppliers for costing, fabrics, trims, samples and production .
- Follow up on samples, approvals, orders and deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain T&A;, costing and order follow-up sheets .
- Coordinate with buyers, factories and internal teams on a daily basis.
- Ensure timelines and commitments are properly tracked.
- Support product presentations and new business development when required.





We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
- 2–3+ years of merchandising experience in fashion/apparel.
- Has worked with Indian fashion brands , either from a factory or buying/sourcing office.
- Well organised and strong in follow-up.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility.
- Disciplined, punctual and detail-oriented.
- Good with Excel and basic computer applications.
- Has their own laptop for work.
- Preferably based around MES Road / nearby areas of Bangalore .
