We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler with strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and team-handling experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MEP BIM modelling using Revit, the ability to coordinate with clients and project stakeholders, and a professional approach to managing project deliverables and team responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage MEP BIM models using Revit MEP.
- Prepare detailed 3D models and coordinated shop drawings for MEP services, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
- Guide and coordinate with junior MEP BIM Modelers and team members.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Review MEP models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders to understand and address project requirements.
- Participate in client meetings and provide project updates professionally.
- Identify and resolve clashes and modelling issues in coordination with other disciplines.
- Coordinate with Architecture and Structural teams to ensure proper integration of MEP services.
