This is a Python-first Backend Developer role. Robust hands-on production experience with Python and FastAPI is mandatory.

Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed engineering institute such as IITs, NITs, or BITS Pilani.
OR prior experience at a reputed product company, high-growth startup, or leading technology organization.

What We're Looking For
4–8 years of hands-on backend engineering experience building and shipping production-grade systems — not academic projects or toy applications.
Strong production experience with Python backend development, including hands-on experience building APIs/services using FastAPI, Django, Flask, or equivalent Python backend frameworks.
Backend architecture skills are essential, with hands-on experience designing scalable systems, microservices, distributed systems, APIs, databases, caching, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies, including LLM APIs, RAG, AI agents, MCP, semantic search, or AI-powered backend workflows.
