About the Role

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our engineering team. The candidate should have robust expertise in Python, Go, and PostgreSQL, with a good understanding of building scalable backend systems and APIs.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can understand complex business requirements, design practical technical solutions, and independently build production-ready systems.

/n

We also expect engineers to be comfortable using AI-powered development tools to improve coding productivity, debugging, testing, documentation, and overall engineering efficiency.

/n

Exposure to AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Go.
/n
Build reliable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for enterprise applications.
/n
Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, schemas, indexes, and data models.
/n




Understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
/n
Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
/n
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services that can scale with business requirements.
/n
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
/n
Debug complex technical problems and perform root-cause analysis.
/n
Optimize application performance, database queries, and backend services.
/n
Work closely with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams.
/n
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
/n
Use AI coding tools effectively for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and development assistance.
/n
Continuously evaluate and adopt contemporary engineering tools and practices.
