Job Description
Develop and execute category growth strategies for the food business.
Drive portfolio management, pricing analysis, and innovation initiatives.
Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
Partner with sales teams to strengthen category positioning and go-to-market plans.
Create category insights, trend reports, presentations, and sales tools.
Support internal and external communications while influencing key stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 10 years of experience in category management and B2B marketing.
Experience within food ingredients, flavors, nutrition, FMCG,
or related sectors.
Robust commercial acumen combined with analytical capabilities.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and cross-functional projects.
MBA preferred with strong communication and presentation skills.
