Role Overview

The Manager – Strategy & Operations will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic planning, business performance, market intelligence, land evaluation, commercial planning, and launch readiness for recent and existing real estate developments.

The role will sit at the intersection of land acquisition, market intelligence, product strategy, pricing, sales & marketing, and business operations, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Performance
Develop and drive short- and long-term strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Track project and business performance against budgets, forecasts and defined KPIs.
Prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, business reviews and leadership presentations.




Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvement initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Conduct market research covering demand-supply trends, pricing, competitor projects and emerging micro-markets.
Develop market intelligence across Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai, with the ability to assess recent geographies.
Benchmark competitors on product positioning, pricing, inventory, project performance and go-to-market strategies.
Identify emerging market opportunities, risks and growth areas.
Land Evaluation & Business Case Development
Evaluate potential land acquisition, JV, redevelopment and strategic investment opportunities.
Assess micro-market potential, product-market fit, competitive landscape and revenue potential.
Prepare feasibility studies and business cases for current developments and expansion opportunities.
Develop financial models including ROI, IR
