About the Role

Operon Strategist is looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive B2B marketing and business development for our medical device regulatory and turnkey consulting services.

This is an individual-contributor, client-facing role focused on direct outreach, client meetings, exhibitions, networking, lead generation, and business conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients in the medical device and healthcare industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, startups, healthcare companies, and industry stakeholders.
- Pitch and present Operon Strategist’s consulting and regulatory services.
- Conduct client meetings, visits, and follow-ups.
- Generate and qualify leads and convert opportunities into projects.
- Attend exhibitions, conferences, and industry events for networking and lead generation.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical/regulatory teams.
- Follow up on proposals and opportunities until conversion.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or client-facing roles.




- Experience with a medical device / medical instrument manufacturing company will be preferred.
- Experience in selling technical, consulting, engineering, regulatory, or B2B services is an advantage.
- Good understanding of the medical device / healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with client visits and face-to-face meetings.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-driven with strong follow-up and business conversion skills.

Pay & Perks:
