We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Professional to drive revenue growth for our software products across enterprise and government markets. You will manage the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and tracking tenders to preparing bids, presenting to decision-makers, negotiating, and closing deals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
Computer Science or Business; MBA in Marketing preferred.
4–5 years of B2B/B2C software or IT services sales and marketing experience.
2 years of hands-on government/PSU tender experience.
Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals and DSC-based e-bidding.
Understanding of GFR, EMD/PBG, L1/QCBS, MSME/Make in India provisions.
Proven sales track record with strong proposal, communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Hands-on experience with AI tools, digital marketing and lead generation.
Willingness to travel
Preferred skills
- Experience selling SaaS,
cloud (Azure/AWS) or enterprise software to state government departments, smart city SPVs or PSUs.
- An existing network with government IT departments, e-Governance agencies (e.g.,
ELCOT, TNeGA) or system integrators.
- Experience with bid pricing models and preparing BOQs.
- Exposure to digital marketing tools and LinkedIn-led B2B lead generation.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills; able to work independently.
