We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Caller Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, following up with customers, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain product features, perks, pricing and offers clearly.
- Generate new leads through calling, WhatsApp and other marketing channels.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain customer and lead records in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/management team regarding customer requirements.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide proper follow-up.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the management team.
- Support other marketing activities whenever required.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication is required.
- Basic English communication will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Freshers can also apply if they have good communication and confidence.
