Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Generate leads through digital and offline marketing channels.
- Manage Google, Meta, Instagram and other digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales teams and follow up on marketing leads.
- Plan property promotions, events, site visits and campaigns.
- Manage marketing agencies, vendors and advertising partners.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Study market trends, competitor projects and customer requirements.




- Build the company’s brand presence and maintain professional communication.

Requirements

- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Ability to manage marketing budgets and campaigns.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Target-oriented and capable of managing a marketing team.
- Driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits is an advantage.

Salary

₹[Amount] per month + incentives, depending on experience and performance.
