Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager with strong knowledge of the sheet metal manufacturing and fabrication industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, generating enquiries, and achieving sales and marketing targets.

The candidate should have a good understanding of sheet metal products, manufacturing processes, fabrication, and industrial customer requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies for the company.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the sheet metal and manufacturing sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and develop current business.
- Generate enquiries and follow up with customers from enquiry to order confirmation.
- Understand customer drawings, specifications, and product requirements.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, and Management teams to provide suitable solutions to customers.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations,



commercial proposals, and price negotiations.
- Follow up on pending quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and industry developments.
- Identify potential customers, industries, and market segments for business expansion.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, orders, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing and sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
- Develop long-term business relationships with key customers.
- Participate in customer meetings, industrial exhibitions, and business networking activities.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding enquiries, sales pipeline, customer visits, and business development activities.
