- Identify and generate new customers for home care services through field marketing and referrals.

- Meet potential clients and explain home care services, packages, and benefits.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home care solutions.

- Conduct cold calls and follow up with leads to convert them into customers.

- Develop relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other referral sources.

- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.

- Conduct regular field visits and promote services within the assigned territory.

- Maintain customer records, lead details, follow-ups, and daily activity reports.

- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the operations team to ensure quality service.

- Collect customer feedback and build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
