Role Description:

The Marketing Co-Founder & CMO will lead the overall marketing and growth strategy for Nimbus Space as a full-time, on-site team member in the Greater Delhi Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market plans, defining positioning and messaging, and building the brand across target segments such as developers, creative professionals, and businesses. The role involves designing and running campaigns across digital channels, overseeing content and product marketing, and collaborating closely with product and engineering to translate technical capabilities into explicit value propositions.

The CMO will analyze market trends and performance data, refine acquisition and retention strategies, and build scalable processes for lead generation, sales enablement, and customer engagement.



As a co-founder, this person will contribute to company-level decisions, help shape culture, and eventually build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, measure campaign performance, and inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for clear messaging, cross-functional collaboration, and engaging presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven sales and growth experience, including building funnels, supporting revenue teams, and driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Depth in marketing strategy and execution, including brand building, product marketing, and digital campaign management.
- Research skills to investigate customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in cloud storage, productivity, and developer tools.
- Prior leadership experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment, ideally with B2C or B2B SaaS products.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, desktop software, or developer-focused products is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with early-stage startup conditions, including ambiguity, hands-on execution, and shared ownership of outcomes.
