Role: Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, responsible, and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can manage the social media presence of multiple brands while leading a team of 3–4 interns.

This role is not just about posting content. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and improving our social media strategy across multiple brands and platforms.

You will work closely with the management, marketing team, designers, content creators, and interns to build strong digital visibility and brand engagement.

What You Will DoSocial Media Management

- Manage social media accounts for Manipura Ayurveda, Totum, Aer Statio, and other brands
- Plan and execute monthly and weekly content calendars
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Ensure consistent posting, engagement, and brand communication
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms

Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, Posts, Stories, Carousels, Videos, and Campaigns
- Create content strategies based on brand objectives and target audiences
- Identify trending formats, sounds, topics, hashtags, and content opportunities
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality content
- Review and approve content before publishing

Team Management
- Manage and guide a team of 3–4 social media/digital marketing interns
- Assign daily and weekly tasks to interns
- Monitor their work and ensure timely completion
- Train interns in content creation, social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing
- Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure the team follows the content calendar and brand guidelines

Growth & Engagement
- Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness
- Monitor audience responses, comments, messages, and reviews
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and viral content
- Study competitors and successful brands for content inspiration
- Test new content formats and marketing strategies

Analytics & Reporting
- Track social media performance and campaign results
- Monitor reach, impressions, engagement, followers,



views, and other key metrics
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports
- Identify what content is performing well and recommend improvements
- Present growth insights and future action plans to management

AI & Digital Marketing
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other marketing tools for content ideas, captions, research, planning, and productivity
- Explore new AI-powered content creation and marketing techniques
- Encourage the team to use technology to improve efficiency and creativity

Campaign Management
- Plan and execute campaigns for festivals, product launches, offers, events, and brand promotions
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for promotional campaigns
- Develop campaign concepts, content plans, and execution timelines
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Content Marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Good knowledge of current social media trends
- Strong content planning and creative thinking skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Positive understanding of social media analytics
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Good communication and team-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and tasks simultaneously
- Strong ownership and accountability
