Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform patent searches, landscape, patent family and FTO analysis for Formulations.
Analyse Orange book patents, prosecution history, prior art and claims.
Develop non-infringement across India, US and Europe and assess business impact.
Identify current product prospects for the development pipeline.
