Qualifications & Competencies
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree Mining/Civil Engineering.
- Industry Experience: Typically requires 5 to 10+ years of contract management experience specifically within mining, large-scale infrastructure, heavy industrial, or oil & gas sectors.
- Technical : knowledge of standard industrial contract frameworks like FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) and EPC/EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) models.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with enterprise resource planning tools like MSP/Alongside advanced spreadsheet modeling/MS Word/XL.
- Site Demands: Requires medical fitness verification for mine site exposure and willingness to travel frequently to remote sites.
