Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and lead generation.
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify potential clients and acquire new ones through hunting techniques.
- Generate revenue by selling steel/TMT products to customers.
- Onboard new clients by providing exceptional service and support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
- 4-9 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in the Steel/TMT industry.
- Proven track record of success in Business Development, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Client Onboarding, New Client Acquisition, Revenue Generation, and Recent Business Acquisition.
