Sales & Marketing / Business Development

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Qualification: B.Tech + MBA

Salary: 50,000 CTC per month to 12 LPA CTC, depending on experience and knowledge

Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for steel products.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop new customers.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify market opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle sales of Hot Rolled (HR), Cold Rolled (CR), Electrical Stamping and Precision Tubes.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
- Coordinate with Production, Technical, Quality, Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities and market trends.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, orders,



payments and receivables.
- Travel to customer locations as required for business development and customer meetings.

Required Skills & Experience
- 510 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
- B.Tech + MBA qualification is mandatory.
- Experience in steel / metal / engineering products will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR, CR, Electrical Stamping and Precision Tube products will be an advantage.
- Robust communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop current customers and achieve sales targets.
- Good commercial understanding and customer relationship management skills.
- Immediate joiner will be preferred.
