Key Role

- Manage and grow strategic corporate accounts for Gamlaas workplace landscaping and biophilic solutions.

- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Admin/Facility Heads, Procurement, Workplace and Corporate stakeholders.

- Drive account retention, revenue growth, renewals and long-term client relationships.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across indoor landscaping, plant rental, maintenance, green walls and biophilic solutions.

- Understand client requirements and provide consultative, solution-oriented proposals.

- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and identify business opportunities.

- Develop account plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations and presentations and lead negotiations through closure.

- Coordinate with Design, Operations, Horticulture and Finance teams for seamless execution and client servicing.

- Handle client escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.





- Track account performance, revenue, pipeline and growth opportunities.

What Were Looking For:

- 7–18 years of experience in B2B Sales / Enterprise Sales / Key Account Management / Corporate Relationship Management.

- Strong experience managing corporate/enterprise accounts.

- Experience in Workplace Solutions, Facility Management, Commercial Interiors, Furniture, Building Materials or related B2B industries preferred.

- Solid experience in client retention, account growth, upselling, cross-selling and relationship management.

- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

- Experience handling CXO / senior procurement / Admin / Facility / Workplace stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

- Strong communication, presentation and consultative selling skills.
