Roles & Responsibilities a) Develop and manage relationships with corporates operating in the Industrials and manufacturing sectors.

b) Identify new business opportunities and acquire prospective corporate clients.

c) Understand clients business models, project requirements, financial position and funding needs and be able to independently build financial models d) Prepare pitches and roadshow decks independently, helping craft the story for the Company e) Have a robust hold on public markets transaction execution including but not limited to drafting sections,

take lead on building industry sections, identifying KPIs for the Company and ensuring transaction completion f) Good understanding of valuation methodologies, with ability to be build pricing decks g) Knowledge and ability to pull information from various data systems like Bloomberg and Factset h) Ability to map industries and pull information related to sectors i) Maintain regular interaction with key decision-makers, including promoters, CFOs, finance heads and other senior management personnel of the clients as well as SBICAPS j)



Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Finance and other product teams to ensure timely execution of transactions.

k) Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, KYC/AML guidelines and other applicable norms.

l) Cross-sell relevant banking products and deepen existing client relationships.

m) Keep abreast of developments, trends and regulatory changes affecting the ECM sector.

Requirements of Candidate n) MBA from a reputed institute or CA o) Prior transaction experience in ECM p) Strong understanding of the Industrial sectors.

q) Ability to analyse balance sheets, cash flows, profitability and working capital requirements.

r) Strong relationship management and business development skills.

s) Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

t) Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

u) Strong commercial orientation combined with sound risk awareness.
