Position SummaryHIMS is seeking an accomplished,



patient-centered Consultant / Senior Consultant – Urologist with dedicated Renal Transplant experience to lead and scale our clinical urology and renal transplantation program.
The selected specialist will oversee endourology, reconstructive urology, uro-oncology, and vascular access management, while collaborating closely with the Department of Nephrology to spearhead live donor kidney transplant programs and advanced post-transplant surgical care. The role also involves clinical teaching and bedside mentoring for residents and interns in accordance with National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Surgical Care• Lead complex urological surgeries, including endourological procedures (PCNL, mini-PCNL, URS, RIRS, TURP, TURBT), reconstructive urology, and laparoscopic urological interventions.
• Execute open and laparoscopic donor nephrectomies, recipient renal transplant surgeries, vascular anastomosis, and surgical management of graft complications.
• Establish and manage arteriovenous (AV) fistula creation and complex vascular access p
