About the Role: We are looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive who can help us grow our digital presence through influencer collaborations, engaging social media campaigns, and trend-driven content strategies. If you understand how brands grow through creators, reels, content, and audience engagement, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and collaborate with beauty, skincare, and lifestyle influencers
• Execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Coordinate with influencers for content planning, approvals, and posting schedules
• Build and maintain influencer databases and campaign reports
• Track campaign performance including reach, engagement, and conversions
• Manage Instagram and other social media platforms




• Plan and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories
• Create creative captions and manage audience engagement through comments and DMs
• Monitor social media insights and improve content performance regularly
• Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, viral content formats, and digital marketing strategies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and short-form content
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience in influencer collaborations and social media handling
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and campaign tracking
• Creative mindset with solid execution capabilities
• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, or D2C brands will be preferred
• Proficiency in South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malay
