Our sales team has completed its initial training and is actively engaging with prospective learners. We are looking for a leader who can provide daily guidance on the floor, strengthen sales conversations and personally help close sales.

About the Role

This role combines team leadership with active selling. You will review calls, coach counsellors, handle objections, join supervisor calls and take ownership of team enrolments and revenue.

We need someone who can identify exactly where a conversation or deal is getting stuck—and help the team move it forward.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily sales activities with clear priorities, targets and follow-up plans.
Review calls and provide actionable feedback on discovery, programme positioning, objection handling and closing.
Conduct daily huddles, role-plays and individual coaching sessions.
Join supervisor calls and personally handle high-intent prospects and complex objections.
Help prospects understand programme releva
